In the barn a number of scanners are catching data from a “tag” (transmitter) placed in the normal collar of the cow. The scanners can catch data in a distance of 80 meters when placed inside the barn and app. 300 meter outside. The position of the cow is monitored with an accuracy of 10-30 cm. The signals are being sent via the Internet to the huge CowDetect servers, where the signals will being filtered, validated and converted into management information. The information’s are sent back and right out to the hand terminal. Everything happens in real time. | |
